I think that the owner is going to be disappointed, the days of silly cherished number prices are long gone, I've just spoken to a dealer who thought £2500 to £3000 was top wack, it only appeals to a limited market.

Why do people pay good money to pay for numberplates like; BMW or MGF, you know what make it is by how the car looks, without overdoing it?
