Is it worth trying to unplug everything from the hub except the rio. Does it show any collisions then? If it does, could it be a dodgy hub? If it only happens when the computer is plugged in, what IP settings are you using on the computers network card? Are they the usual range (10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x)? The DSL modem, is it an internal modem or is it Ethernet or USB? Could it be a conflict between the the DSL modem and the network card?
